Community Sourced Funds

Community Sourced Funds are an eCommerce transaction protocol for the digital age. These funds embody a forward-thinking approach that merges the concepts of crowdfunding, investment syndication, and consumer empowerment.

Community Sourced Funds (CSFs) provide individuals with an opportunity to engage in eCommerce investments and benefit from the growth potential of the online marketplace. They align with the principles of decentralized finance (DeFi) and robo-commerce by democratizing access to investment opportunities and enabling individuals to participate in the digital economy.

Traditional businesses, whether online or brick-and-mortar, often require a significant investment to purchase a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) from suppliers. This upfront cost can be a deterrent for individual investors or those with limited capital. However, CSFs offer a solution by allowing users to pool their funds with others who share similar eBusiness investment requirements.

By pooling funds together, participants in a CSF can collectively achieve the MOQ for various consumer products. This pooling of resources enables them to develop a diverse portfolio of products without having to meet the MOQ by themselves, reducing costs and risks.
When products within the CSF portfolio are sold through the robo-commerce platform, the resulting profits are distributed proportionally among the fund participants based on their share of the investment. This mechanism allows investors to share in the success and profitability of marketplace sales.
